We are now shipping Internationally! However, due to customs regulations we cannot ship perfumes because of the alcohol in the ingredients. We will soon be offering our scents in an oil base instead as an alternative.
Patrician Treasures invites you to “Scent
Your World”. It is the goal of our Body
Boutique to provide you with high quality, luxurious, handmade bath and body
products and fragrances to enable you to do just that! Like you, I also love high quality, well made,
carefully prepared bath and body products.
Because our products are made to order and specialized just for you our
turn around times will vary. We ask that
you please be patient with us and communicate with us. If at the time of your order you feel the
turnaround time will be too long then we will gladly refund your full amount
before your Treasure Box has shipped. We
take great care in selecting our ingredients and creating our products
especially for you. After all if I don’t
like something why should I expect you to?
Quality is number one at Patrician Treasures.
We will
also be in constant communication with you throughout the ordering
process. We are always available for
special requests and circumstances. We
will always do our best to ship your order as quickly as possible, however in
the event of a delay due to unforeseen circumstances we will gladly refund your
money before your order has shipped.
Once your order has shipped you will receive an e-mail confirmation and
tracking information if available for the type of shipping you paid for. Keep in mind that International orders
shipped via the Post Office cannot be guaranteed so we recommend purchasing
insurance and or delivery confirmation when you place your order.

Treasures welcomes any and all feedback about our products and the ordering
process. If we don’t know about it then
we can’t fix it! Also, from time to time
we may send you free samples or gifts with your order as a way of introducing
you to new products and we ask you to please give us feedback on them as
well. We are always here to communicate
with. Again, your satisfaction is our
goal!

Treasures accepts all major credit cards to include Mastercard, Visa, American
Express and Discover. We also accept Pay
Pal, checks and money orders. Once we
receive confirmation of payment we will begin to process your order and ship as
soon as possible. All of our packages
are shipped either UPS or USPS, which you will select when you place your
order.
Patrician
Treasures does not accept returns due to the nature of our handmade bath and
body products. However, if your product
was damaged during shipping we will send you a replacement free of charge. Please notify us immediately if you have
received a damaged shipment. We are not
responsible for lost packages, so we recommend you purchase insurance when you
place your order. All sales are final
and we do not offer refunds. We are not
responsible for how you use our products once you receive them and we make no
guarantees as such. Patrician Treasures
(Or it’s owner) will not be held liable for damages of any kind, with regard to
skin care or otherwise in connection with the use of our products or website. This applies to any and all damages which
include punitive, direct or incidental.
We are also not liable for third party damages. Patrician Treasures makes no claims as to the
benefits of any of our products. We
reserve the right to make any changes to our website regarding shipping,
prices, fragrances or products. By

Is my financial information stored? TOP Patrician Treasures does not store your financial information. The only information we store is your ordering information such as your order history, name, shipping address, phone number and e-mail address if provided. All of our transactions are currently provided by Pay Pal Merchant account processing. Pay Pal is Trust -E verified as well as the Better Business Bureau online trust verification. How do I know my order has been processed? TOP You will receive an e-mail confirmation from Patrician Treasures verifying your order and shipping address, if you select that option when purchasing. Otherwise you may e-mail or call us and we will verify your order has been processed. We will also send you another e-mail with tracking information if available once your order has shipped.
Do I need a Pay Pal account to purchase from Patrician Treasures? TOP No. You can purchase online with a credit/debit card, by mail with a check or money order, or with a Pay Pal account if you want to. You can also call us and order over the phone. The easiest way of course is for you to order directly from our site with your credit card information.

TOP When you qualify for free shipping we will ship your order the fastest and least expensive means available. Normally that will be via USPS Priority which often times is faster than UPS Ground, however, depending on the size of the order it may also be shipped USPS Priority Flat Rate Box.
I requested a certain Shipping Carrier but PT shipped via a different one. Why? TOP Patrician Treasures' motto is always, "customer first", therefore if we find that shipping at a lower cost for a faster service is available we will ship via that method. If the amount you paid for shipping is more than the actual cost then we will refund the difference to you. Once our products are personally and lovingly made with care and concern for their quality our goal is to get those products to you the fastest and least expensive way possible. If for some reason you absolutely must have one carrier over another or prefer one carrier over another please let us know. We are always happy to honor special requests whenever possible.
I noticed my shipping charges seem high verses the cost of my order. Why is that? TOP Please keep in mind that shipping is calculated using the algorithm of the individual shipper. For instance, UPS takes into consideration not only the weight but the dimensions of the box and of course the distance it will be transported. Naturally the same order being sent 1000 miles will cost less than if it was being delivered 3000 miles away. Keep in mind that USPS flat rate box is a fixed charged no matter what the weight is, however there is a limitation on the size of order that can be shipped because the flat rate postage is based on the box size alone, and there are only two options for the boxes. We will always do our utmost to ship your order in the fastest and least expensive way in order to benefit you our wonderful customers!
How long does shipping take? TOP Each carrier is different and you can easily check with either United Parcel Service or the United States Postal Service online to see how long your shipment will take to arrive. However, in general you can expect USPS priority to take from 2 - 3 days, Priority Flat Rate Box from 2 - 3 days, Express Mail overnight to most areas and Parcel Post 5 - 7 days. UPS Ground from 3 - 5 days and UPS 2 Day - 2 days. Of course these are only general guidelines and shipments may take less or more time depending on many factors. Once the package has been delivered to the carrier we can no longer take responsibility and the customer should contact the carrier for information on their shipment. However, in the event that something does go wrong, please let us know and we will also contact the carrier to help resolve your issue.
What if my order is lost/stolen? TOP Patrician Treasures recommends purchasing insurance at checkout especially if you are outside of the United States. UPS provides automatic insurance up to $100 but the Post Office does not, therefore for your package to be insured you must purchase it at checkout. Once we have mailed your package you should get a ship and click notification via e-mail from the Post Office, however once the package has entered the postal system we have no control over it. Customs especially can be a problem. If you have purchase insurance we will replace your order or give you a refund after 30 days. If you have not purchased insurance we cannot be responsible and you must take up the issue with the Post Office.
